Blog Rules

In order for us  to be successful with communicating our thoughts and feelings on this blog we must follow the following rules carefully:

Use good grammar and spelling.
Stick to the topic. Don’t write about your weekend plans or gossip.
Think before you post. Ask yourself, is this something I want my parents, teachers, friends, strangers to see? What are the consequences if you post this? Never post or share personal information online. Or your friends’ personal information.
Comments should be at least 2-5 sentences, not less.
Write comments that add to the conversation. Ask a question.
Treat people the way you want to be treated. Be respectful

Can you think of any other rules? Add your thoughts to this entry!

  2. If I could make a new amendment, it would be that you must have permission to camp in someone else's yard. You first must have the property owner's permission.

You are so right. It would be so fun. Also creapy, because think about it you are just slepping and you hear someone in your backyard.

    2. That's a good amendment. But think about kids just skipping the whole school year. That wouldn't be good because students would skip a lot of information.

    5. Mia,
It would be cool, but you would miss a lot of information. Maybe if you got to have a five day pass that you could use over the year. Although you wouldn't be allowed to miss important days(like Milestones testing).

  9. Another amendment would be that kids could chose if they wanted to be in challenge or not. This could help the smart kids that can't get into challenge in challenge. And for the smart kids that did not wanna be in challenge they could drop out of it. All they had to do is get a parent to sign a contract. And if the student pretended to be there parent mrs.brown could put finger print stuff on it then send it to the government. Its totally fool proof. 10. I also have another. I think we should have no books and just tablets or computers because tablets last forever and books don't. The books cover starts to fall of then the pages fall off then the book is use less. So i think we should have tablets because the tablet can give you the best and most impotent part. Not saying you should not read the whole thing but it helps you get done faster and you can study right after. Duh..... Just because the tablets will cost a lot for one they will last and last and books cost a lot too and they don't last. See its the right idea and its super awesome and its a money saver! So if the goverment is looking at this then please consider this! Its the best idea and schools should take this in to consideration. And if they fall and break then it does not cost that much to repair it. This is a total money saver. And if you need to sell them and the school goes broke for buying them then give it a few days and do a regualar class and you will see. If the teacher said"go to the page 500' Then you don't have to flip to it in a book you just have to type page 500 and your there in seconds. So please everyone consider this idea. Its a money saver and its less frestrating. With all hopes and joy! - Parker Vellieux

    1. One, tablets hurt your eye if you get on it too much, two tablets are harder to control and sometimes they freeze, shut down, or even malfunction, and three, they take up lots of electricity. Think about all the electricity the lights in the school take up. This could lead to a long blackout. There are more problems, these are just a few. Please consider changing your mind about getting tablets and not using books.

    2. I agree with Tina. I think books are better than tablets because tablets are more expensive. They are also pretty fragile and are easy to crack. It costs more money to repair a tablet than it takes to buy a knew book. Besides, books don't become outdated, unlike technology.

So if boys wanted to play football they could. Super smart idea right! Duh like party's are awesome but not all people like them! - Parker Vellieux! ( Ps. No hate comments! 28. If I could make an amendment it would be, that students should at least have art two days a week. I think that this should happen because in art you show your inner creativity. If we didn't have art then we wouldn't be as creative as much, as if we did.
